The 13th Yisunsin Cup International Yacht Race is dedicated to the World Four Naval Battle, Battle of Han-San and the Great Admiral Yi Sun-Sin. It is one of the top three yacht races in Asia and the best yacht race in Korea because of the excellent management of both domestic and foreign personnel. It leads Korea's marine tourism culture with the participation of the whole nation.

Organizers especially noted that it was a pleasure for them to invite the Vietnam National Yacht Team in the 13th Yisunsin Cup International Yacht Race.
