This year's Thames Valley Enterprise series involved open meetings at nine clubs and 48 different boats competed (slightly down on 2018), again most sailors only competed in their home event.

The key to a good open meeting turnout remains having a good turnout from your home fleet - we welcome guest appearances from home club sailors who might not normally sail Enterprises. The number of travelling sailors rose slightly this year with ten competitors travelling to at least one event beyond their home club.

Open meeting turnout was highest at London Corinthian with twelve competitors including six visitors on a very breezy day. Hampton and Chipstead had eleven competitors with Chipstead also getting six visitors this year. As a result of their high home fleet turnout and the contribution from their sailors visiting other open meetings, Hampton convincingly won the Champion Club Trophy for the first time
