After a gap of more than 20 years, Blithfield Sailing Club will be hosting a Solo open meeting event.

Situated on the banks of the largest reservoir in Staffordshire, this key event is an exciting addition to an already active open meeting club programme.

This key meeting will run alongside the ever popular Phantom open event and Sunday club racing.

The Solo fleet is having a major resurgence at Blithfield and is growing in popularity with Blithfield Sailing Club members. The club Solo fraternity will be turning out in force on the 6th October to enjoy racing one of the most popular single handed racing dinghies, which will hopefully be supported by a large contingent from the local Midland area clubs.
