The annual Southampton Boat Show, Women in Marine reception, will be held on Wednesday 18th September between 16.00 - 17.30. Barton Marine are pleased to once again be sponsoring this popular networking event which is open to the whole industry.

This year the guest speakers are hugely experienced and well known Dawn Ramsay, UK & Eire Country Manager for Navico and inspirational Lottie Harland who founded and runs the sailing charity Ausome.

Dawn has spent thirty years in the European marine industry working with the biggest names in electronics across sales, marketing and general management. Lottie, who is autistic herself, started sailing at the age of nine and found that the sport helped build her confidence and self esteem as she went through a difficult time at school. She set up Ausome to enable other autistic people to experience the benefits and joys of sailing. Make sure you attend to hear their fascinating life stories.

Suzanne Blaustone, CEO - Barton Marine said, "The Southampton Boat Show is a highlight of the year and the opportunity to dedicate time to connect and re-connect with friends and colleagues across the industry is excellent. Sharing experiences and knowledge with each other as we navigate through the current complex business environment is really valuable. I look forward to seeing everyone on the 18th."

Taking place in the new centrally located British Marine Lounge, industry professionals are invited to join for conversation, drinks and nibbles. Make sure to RSVP and secure your space today:
