Rooster are supporting Porthpean Sailing Club's and the RS100 and RS300 Class Association's National Championships, through their SW dealer and Porthpean SC member, James Dowrick.

In a bid to help the RS Class Association's initiative to eliminate single-use plastics, they will be giving each competitor a Sports Drink bottle and an 'I'm a Keeper Bag'.

The sports drink bottle is designed to fit perfectly into the new Rooster Joey Bottle Holder, an innovative neoprene sleeve bottle holder with adjustable webbing straps at each end to fit around different circumferences of tube. The bottle holder features an oval hole, so that a bottle can be slid in with just one hand.

A generous selection of Rooster prizes will range from Aquafleece balaclavas for RS300 Bandit of the Day, to 10l drybags and a 60l carry all bag RS100 spot prizes.

James will be on-site at the event with a Rooster stand holding limited stock of the 2019 Rooster RS customised clothing; but to be sure of a particular size/colour sailors can take advantage of a special pre-order service placing an order online and selecting 'collection from event van' in the delivery options.

RS Class Association secretary Sally Campbell said "We are delighted with this support and with the fantastic range of customised RS clothing developed by Rooster; the sponsorship of the National Tour has been very well received by the sailors and it's great to see Rooster helping us to reduce our environmental impact."
