Due to forecasted severe adverse weather, and in order to ensure the safety of all athletes, staff, spectators and guests, Cowes SailGP will not proceed with racing on Saturday, August 10.

Experts are calling for winds reaching gale force, and the national weather service has issued a yellow weather warning.

We look forward to showcasing SailGP's European debut on Sunday, with racing starting at 3 p.m. local. We are currently exploring options to further maximize Sunday's program and fan experience. Additional details will follow.

For those fans who purchased tickets to attend Cowes SailGP, you will receive a separate communication with details on the options available to you.

Ticket refunds will be issued per the Cowes SailGP Ticket Refund Policy.
