Suntex Marina Investors LLC (Suntex), the premier owner and operator of best-in-class marina properties, announced today that the CrossTimbers Marina is still open for business in spite of historic flooding of the Skiatook Lake. The property has remained at full service through record-breaking flooding.

"Considering the conditions, we are proud to be fully operational in repair service, cabins, club, rental, slips, fuel and on water dock shop," said Hank Spencer, general manager, CrossTimbers Marina. "Due to increased rain forecasted in the near future, we expect to see continued flooding for another several weeks, but with a combination of additional manpower, an experienced staff and the support of our entire company, we have found solutions that provide our customers the ability to still enjoy the lake."

CrossTimbers is open for full service providing boat repair and maintenance, cold drinks, sun screen, rentals and boat club. Due to the launch ramps being closed, the marina is offering 30-day slip leases. The marina's staff will assist members with getting their boat from the trailer to the slip.

"We want to remind everyone that this beautiful destination is still open for business and without the crowds, you can come down to take full advantage of a virtually private lake," continued Spencer.

In addition to the open facilities, CrossTimbers has several events planned to entertain guests. Visit crosstimbersmarina.com for details about upcoming events.

The Suntex portfolio of 43 marinas are located in California, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee and Virginia.
