Melbourne marina Savages Wharf has launched a fresh new website for the benefit of existing and prospective marina customers and boat works clients. Savages Wharf is located on the shores of Port Phillip Bay at historic Williamstown.

The web address is www.savageswharf.com.au

The new Savages Wharf website provides boat owners with all the essential information necessary for berthing and maintenance of their boats, both power and sail. This website is content rich and contains a large collection of photos to assist boaters gain a feel for what the marina has to offer.

"We wanted our new website to be comprehensive," said John Savage, principal of Savages Wharf and marine industry icon.

"The amount of support photography, video and descriptive detail on Savages Wharf provides boaters with a great insight to our marina, before they even set foot on site. Our marina is amongst the best and our boat maintenance function is all embracing and that's what we have communicated with our website."

The new Savages Wharf website acknowledges that a lot of boaters want information and make contact outside of business hours. The site is interactive, allowing boaters to complete forms online for maintenance, berthing and maintenance work. There are ample download forms and data sheets.

"I know only too well from personal experience that websites not only need to be informative, but also give viewers the opportunity to make contact outside of regular business hours. Our new site delivers on both counts."

Savages Wharf offers conventional boat berthing facilities with at Bellingham designed, floating marina complex. In addition, Savages Wharf has a comfortable SW Club which provides the full gamut of private facilities for boat owners and their guests. This includes extensive lounge, spacious bathrooms with showers, laundry, kitchen and Foxtel entertainment and BBQ area.

Beyond the first-rate floating marina, boat servicing and maintenance are also available on site with a 40 tonne Travel Lift supported with an extensive array of marine dedicated trades. There is no boat maintenance service which we cannot perform at Savages Wharf," concluded John Savage.
