The Wuzhizhou Cup 10th Round Hainan Regatta (10th RHN Regatta) came to a successful conclusion on 23 March in Haikou, Hainan Island, China.

The 10th RHN Regatta was 1,040 nautical miles in total and featured more than 50 teams from 18 nations with over 600 sailors competing.

"Over the last eight days, the sailors from all over the world who sailed in Hainan island, presented a wonderful sailing event for us. Over the past ten years, Round Hainan Regatta had developed into the first ranked offshore race in China and made a great contribution to the international tourism consumption centre construction. I believe the RHN regatta will become better and better, let's meet at the next RHN regatta," said by Fu Caixiang, Vice Governor of Hainan Province who also declared the 10th RHN regatta close.

The 10th edition of the event created many firsts. It was the first time to both start and finish in Haikou, the first time the course was sailed anticlockwise around Hainan Island, the first time Olympic gold medallist Lijia Xu acted as the promotional ambassador and the first time an overall champion was crowned.

Shenzhen Sea Wolf was crowned the overall after dominating in the IRC1 category.

The Closing Ceremony was held in Haikou on 23 March with attendees including Fu Caixiang, Vice Governor of Hainan Province, Lin Guangqiang, Secretary of the Leading Party Members Group of Department of Tourism and Culture, Radio & TV and Sports of Hainan Province, World Sailing Vice-President Quanhai Li, World Sailing Vice-President Ana Sanchez, Bernard Bonneau, World Sailing Race Rules Committee and Lijia Xu, promotional ambassador.
