National Vessel Registry Center introduces online registration forms with optimum security

by National Vessel Registry Center 13 Mar 2019 08:30 PDT

The National Vessel Registry Center, an online portal for Canadian vessel documentation, recently enhanced the security of the forms on their website. By offering new, more secure forms, they hope to help their customers feel even more confident in submitting their boat registry certificate applications and others.

In the past, Canadian vessel owners would have to submit forms like the provisional certificate application or replacement certificate by mail. With the rise of online services, submitting forms online became a viable, faster option. However, some potential customers may have been nervous about putting their information online. The National Vessel Registry Center made their platform much more secure so a higher number of customers can send their registration in, worry-free.

"When people give us their information, it's a responsibility we take very seriously. To safeguard that, we've made sure that our security is better than ever. While we've never had a data breach, we've taken every precaution to ensure that we never do. When you send your information to the National Vessel Registry Corp., you can rest assured, with our new secure forms, that only the people who are supposed to see your info will do so," said a spokesperson for National Vessel Registry Center.

In addition to the forms listed above, the company also accepts forms for transfer of ownership, registration of a government vessel, change of vessel name and/or transfer of port of registry and more.

To learn more about submitting documentation for a Canadian vessel online or to make a press inquiry, contact the National Vessel Registry Center at +1 (800) 419-9569 or at .
