Il Duce (master photographer Andrea Francolini) went out to watch the inaugural SailGP on Sydney Harbour and turned in the gallery of images. Light and often fickle winds could not stop the excitement, and certainly the huge spectator armada was treated to many thrills as boats foiled and came off their folks, often with very spectacular results. Certainly the positions changed regularly and often quite markedly!
