Jeanneau and Beneteau announce their continued partnership with the US Sailing Team and sponsorship of the 2019 Hempel World Cup Series Miami. The leading boat builders have been sponsors of the team since 2014 and will continue to have a strong presence in high-performance sailing as Official Partners of the US Sailing Team and as the Exclusive Powerboat Partners of the US Sailing Team.

As supporters of the US Sailing Team, Jeanneau and Beneteau will be key contributors in the effort to get American sailors on the podium at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020. "The generosity of Groupe Beneteau, and that of the American entities of their brands Beneteau and Jeanneau, provides a significant boost to our athletes and program as a whole," said Malcolm Page, US Sailing's Chief of Olympic Sailing.

These companies continue to invest in American youth sailing and champion the U.S. Olympic sailing effort beyond the sponsorship of the US Sailing Team. The Jeanneau and Beneteau brands are also Gold-Level sponsors of the 2019 Hempel World Cup Series Miami. The event takes place from January 27-February 3 and is the largest Olympic class regatta held in the United States. Over 600 sailors representing 62 nations will be competing in Miami, Fla. for the second of four regattas in the 2019 Hempel World Cup Series.

By providing powerboats for the use of the event race committee and VIP program, Jeanneau and Beneteau demonstrate their continued support of Olympic class racing beyond American sailors.

"For the sixth year in a row, we as boat builders have been dedicated to promoting youth sailing in America, on both the competitive and recreational levels. By partnering with the US Sailing Team and the 2019 Hempel World Cup Series Miami, we are able to share our love for the athleticism and lifestyle of sailing," said Nick Harvey, President of Jeanneau America and Jean-Francois Lair, President of Beneteau America.
