NSW Jeanneau sailing yacht importer, Performance Boating Sales, has been announced as Dealer of the Year by the Jeanneau factory in France.

The Pittwater based dealer received the award in recognition of their sales performance, the successful Australian launch of the New Generation Sun Odyssey 440 and 490, and for hosting one of the largest Jeanneau owner's rendezvous in the world.

New Zealand-based Fusion announced today the Apollo RA770 marine entertainment system has been awarded the Product of Excellence Award at the 2018 National Marine Electronics Association (NMEA) Conference and Expo in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida in the category of Multimedia Entertainment.

Notably, Garmin also received the Product of Excellence Award for the GHP Reactor Autopilot and GPSMAP 8624 Multifunction Display and the Technology Award for the Panoptix LiveScope, bring the total to four awards for the group, a grand slam for the evening.

Marine electronics continue to develop and global electronics company Navico has released a number of new innovations under their range of brand names Navico, Lowrance and Simrad.
