Scallywag Update: New multihull acquired and the Supermaxi relaunched

Since the conclusion of the Volvo Ocean Race, the Hong Kong based Team Scallywag have been in the process of putting their show on the road again.

Joining the supermaxi, is the ORMA60 trimaran previously campaigned by Sean Langman - and another round of record setting looks assured around Asia and the Pacific.

The supermaxi Scallywag 100 has been reassembled from storage, refitted and is now sea-trialling in the Phillipines.

The images and video below capture the reassembly process of Scallywag 100, and skipper David Witt's former 18ft skiff competitor Sean Langman describes handing over the reigns of the ORMA60.

The Scallywag trimaran arrives - August 21: After a rough journey from Sydney to Subic Bay, the Scallywag Trimaran is finally docked. Here's a quick look into the arrivals of the Scallywag Trimaran as they arrive into the Philippines! A big shout to the delivery team for bringing the Trimaran over!

The keel is on - August 25: The Scallywag team has been busy at work over the course of the week, in preparation for getting the new keel in, and putting it in place!
