In his role, Zucchi will spearhead initiatives leveraging the company's existing team of global marketing and international business development professionals to drive recognition and build strong partnerships enabling the continuation of Evinrude's position as a leading innovator in outboard engines.

With extensive experience developing and executing strategies that drive results across various channels of distribution, Zucchi has demonstrated success leading effective channel and end-user programs including general management, brand development and market promotions, in-store events, digital marketing, trade and corporate communications; while tracking results to allow for continuous improvement. He assumes his role with Evinrude after previous experience with Vista Outdoor, SOG Knives and Tools, Hero Group, Johnson Outdoors, and S.C. Johnson. Zucchi holds a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree from Middlebury College.

"As a lifelong outdoor enthusiast and avid boater I am particularly excited to join the company at this time," said Zucchi. "I am eager to take the reins and lead my proven team in driving Evinrude's brand recognition and expanding Evinrude's global reach. I look forward to leveraging my experience in the outdoor industry for the benefit of this iconic brand."

"Nando has a strong history of working at the executive level for some top consumer and outdoors brands," said Tracy Crocker, president, BRP Marine Group. "We are sure he will have a tangible impact on the course of the product line and look forward to a bright future working together."
