On May 31st Bargain Boat Bits celebrated the 25th Anniversary of the formation of Australia's largest independent marine parts and chandlery buying and marketing group. Bargain Boat Bits began with a small group of leading marine retailers from Queensland: their objective, to aggregate their buying into a collective negotiating group with market strength. For customers that translated into great brands, products and service at compelling prices. After 25 years of continuous successful trading, their vision has truly been achieved.

Bargain Boat Bits now boasts 36 Member stores with representation in all States and Territories. At a retail level Bargain Boat Bits continues to lead the way with its sharply priced catalogue and in store offers to consumers.

At its Annual General Meeting the current Member stores warmly welcomed some now retired founding Members and its' key suppliers to the 25th Anniversary celebration dinner. Hilarious stories of the early days and key moments of the past 25 years were told by true icons of the Australian marine retail industry.

For competitive pricing on a full range of leading brands of boats parts and chandlery with great service by knowledgeable staff, visit your local Bargain Boat Bits Member store, of go to www.bargainboatbits.com.au.
