Famous German Olympian set to compete in 2.4mR Nationals at 2018 Poole Regatta

Ulrich "Ulli" Libor a well known German Olympic Medal Winner in the Flying Dutchman Class is to compete at the International Paint Poole Regatta in the 2.4mR National and Tidal Championship.
With a fleet of 18 yachts travelling from across the UK and Germany, the 2.4mR class will be one to watch at the regatta this weekend. Ulli Libor won Silver at the 1968 Mexico City Olympics and Bronze at the 1972 Munich Olympics. He also has many other sailing titles to his name including Dragon Gold Cup and Admiral's Cup wins.
Only two days remain until racing commences. This year the regatta has attracted entrants from across the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Germany and Sweden.
