Interislander Optimist & Starling Regatta at Queen Charlotte Yacht Club - Day 2

Day 2 of the Interislander Optimist & Starling Regatta at Queen Charlotte Yacht Club again saw Race Officer Gerry get it all in the bag. Three races sailed for the 2 flights of the Optimist Open fleet and the Starling fleet.

The Optimist Rainbow and Green fleet raced also inside the bay with plenty of spectacle.

Joshua Hyde made his mark in the gustier conditions and sailed himself to first place followed by Amelia Angus (4454) on same points.

In the Starling Fleet Thomas Mulcahy (1314) showed how it's done, winning 6 out of 6 races. Emily Overend from QCYC has moved up into second place.
