Roger Mills of Hummingbirdvideophoto.com captured the ORMA60 Frank Racing (formerly TeamVodafoneSailing)in full flight on the Waitemata on Wednesday evening. Not every day you see an ORMA60 charging up the harbour in flat water and flying a hull.

The video is shot in High Definition - 4K and lesser resolutions - and was shot from Tamaki Yacht Club. Its a remarkable piece of camerawork.

A second video from Roger shows the informal race on the Waitemata between TVS/Frank Racing and the MOD70 Beau Geste formerly Phaedo3. Again some remarkable photography.

And if you are seriously into contemporary photography using a variety of devices, and how these can be edited together then have a look at some of the videos on his website. The drone and plane is a particularly clever piece. And his Tour of New York is something else again if you have a spare 17 minutes and a large high resolution screen handy.

And yes, Roger does this work commercially at very reasonable rates. A very impressive talent. Contact him by clicking here
