North Sails, the world's leading sailmaker, opened a new State-of-the-Art sail loft in Fareham, Hampshire last September. This facility is now the Head Office for Operations in Europe for this global company.
They are currently recruiting for an Administrative Secretary to work in the office, within the loft. The position is a full time role with working hours of Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm. The salary will be dependent on experience.
The successful candidate will need to provide a comprehensive and effective range of administrative support to our busy Sales Team who operate, not only from the same office, but also on location in marine venues locally and around the world.
They will need to have experience of working in a customer focused environment and be able to provide an excellent service to existing and new customers.
They should be able to demonstrate an organised approach to day to day office duties which include; organising staff travel, liaising with accounts, scheduling meetings, arranging custom clearance through HMRC and organising the North Sails Charity Day.
