Magic Marine Endurance Pads © Magic Marine

If you are a top sailor or someone who likes to go out on the water during the weekends in your dinghy, we all want to hike hard!

To make hiking a bit more comfortable and easy we designed a new hiking collection which is now in your favourite Magic Marine store. Top laser sailor and Magic Marine team rider Wannes van Laer used the new endurance pads during the ISAF Sailing World Cup Hyeres; "The endurance pads are really easy to adjust so they fit perfectly. This enables me to hike harder and sail faster!".

In the collection we have some new lightweight hiking pads with a special StayFit construction. The StayFit construction is a sleeve technique with grip and mesh adjustment straps to ensure that the pad will stay in the correct position to support long days on the water. To hike extra hard sailors can make a top combination of the endurance pads together with the long john rash pant. A long john specially designed for sailing in warm conditions combining a heavy quality rash fabric with a 4 way supertex seatpart, knees and shinbone to provide extra comfort.

Extensive research coordinated the efforts to create a new lightweight construction and solution for hiking boots. A Vibram soft sole constructed with a Ceraprene upper with internal EVA pad creates the winning, lightweight combination. Grip on instep ensures proper connection with the hiking strap.
