Sunday’s conditions were testing for all yachts that were out racing, with gusty winds reaching 25 knots and a strong west going tide it was an exciting day’s racing in the Solent.

Congratulations to all the crew onboard Ntanda, X 46, who scored an impressive 2nd place in Class IRC 0 during Sunday’s windy race. Ntanda, owned by Mike Daly have been training hard this season working on crew work and developing their knowledge on how to get the best performance out of their X 46.

Bowman, Ben Daly said” 18 to 23 knots and sunshine led to a stella day on the water and our strongest Winter Series position to date. Many thanks to X -Yachts and North Sails for the upwind sailing clinic earlier in the month, it has made a huge difference.”

In IRC 2 Neville Hodkin and his crew onboard Extra Djiin scored a strong 4th place which still gives them 3rd place overall in class.
