Already established as the largest powerboat outlet in the Southern Hemisphere, Victorian retailer JV Marine World is showing plenty of confidence in the future, adding the Four Winns brand to its offering.

Principal, John Stav has just ordered 35 boats, ranging from 18 feet to 32 feet, all due to land here in time for the summer.

'Four Winns has been one of the best selling imported boats and at one point was the second most popular US brand imported into Australia before the market started to taper off due to the Global Financial Crisis,' said Paul Benjamin, Pacific Rim Regional Manager for Four Winns

'We’ve been looking to grow the brand in Victoria and saw JV Marine World and Four Winns as a good fit. Four Winns owners love their boats, they handle beautifully and they’re finished so well. JV Marine World, who will sell the Four Winns from their Laverton outlet, have service facilities at both Braeside and Laverton and are perfectly positioned to not only grow the brand but to look after customers after they’ve purchased,' added Benjamin

JV Marine World have been in operation since 1976 and have lots of experience when it comes to knowing what their customers want.

'One of the attractions of Four Winns for us is, they are a very well fitted out boat as they come out of the factory, but we’ve upped the specifications even more to suit the Australian market. Our customers can purchase a boat as ‘turnkey’, take it straight off the showroom floor and use it, or we can customise it to their own requirements' said JV Marine World Principal, John Stav.

'There are some great models in the Four Winns range including an entry level bowrider, the 180LE with loads of standard features that will come on to the market at around $30K. At that price we expect it to attract customers that were considering a used bowrider,' added Stav.

JV Marine World is a family business, still owned and operated by founders John and Vicki Stav, together with son Mark and a dedicated team. They’ve won countless awards for excellence, including multiple awards as Dealer of the Year from some of Australia’s largest boat manufacturers.
