Help clean up the sailing water at Rio - Image Gallery

Top international sailing photographer, Juerg Kaufmann (SUI) is in Rio for the first of two Olympic Test events. Like many others in the sailing community he is most unhappy about the quality of the water at the Olympic venue.

Sailing has always prided itself on being an environmentally proud sport.

Remembering Sir Peter Blake's words at a United Nations speech in 2001: 'Good water, good life. Poor water, poor life. No water, no life.'

Each day of the Test Event Sail-World will publish one of Juerg's images of the water on the course at Aquece Rio – International Sailing Regatta 2014 and the sailing waters for the 2016 Olympic Regatta.
