Hamilton Island Marina - Audi Hamilton Island Race Week Sail-World.com http://www.sail-world.com
A string of bright blue days in the Whitsundays and the caravan has moved from Telcoinabox Airlie Beach Race Week to Audi Hamilton Island Race Week, where 160+ boats will racing in the 29th annual event.

A steady succession of yachts coming in from Airlie and lots of boats out rig tuning, checking sails and getting acquainted.

The SuperBand is tuning up on mainstreet.

The Skippers Welcome function is just a few hours away, at the Hamilton Island Yacht Club.

Here are a few images we’ve all enjoyed from the last few weeks.

We will of course bring you all the latest from Hamilton Island over the next week and we will then be at Magnetic Island from August 30th to September 5th where the number of southern boats has jumped again.
