VX ONE North American Championship - Eagans still in control on Day 2

On Day 2 of the VX ONE North American Championship in Pensacola, Florida, Marcus and Andrew Eagan upheld their consistent performance. The team has racked up top three tallies for just fourteen points after eight races, dropping an eight.

They held off Skip Dieball and Jeff Eiber who had a stellar day with three bullets and a second for 21 points total and third place. Sean Fidler and Hayden Bennett stand in second overall with 19 points. Sixteen teams are competing in this first ever VX ONE North American Championship.

Following Dieball in his victories were Eagan and Jeff Jones in race 5, Fidler and David Guggenheim in race 6, and Eagan and Fidler in race 7. Fidler took the top spot in the day’s final contest, trailed by Dieball and Eagan.

Conditions were spectacular on Pensacola Bay with winds between 10-12 knots, bright sunshine and 70 degree temperatures. Racing concludes on Sunday.
