Management changes at Brunswick Asia Pacific

John Temple, GM Australia, New Zealand & Pacific Islands, will continue to lead the company in the region MIAA
Recognising the need to accelerate its 'journey to become a more customer and market focused organisation and to fulfil Brunswick’s vision to operate the world’s best known and most profitable lifestyle brands', Brunswick Asia Pacific has made several changes to its management structure and leadership.
According to its release: 'effective immediately our Asia Pacific organisation will operate under a matrix structure which combines regional market leadership with core product and functional leadership as outlined below:
John Temple, General Manager, Australia, New Zealand & Pacific Islands, will continue to lead our business in the region and gain additional responsibility for our boat products sales and marketing group including all regional and global boat brands. John will continue to report to John Pfeifer. The following individuals will now report to John Temple.
Ken Evans, Director of Outboard Products, will continue to lead our Outboard business. Ken will have a dotted line relationship to the global Outboard Group.
David Meehan, Director of MerCruiser Products, will continue to lead our Sterndrive business. David will also report to David Dwight, Vice President, MerCruiser Product Management and Marketing.
Paul McLean, Director of P&A, will continue to lead our Parts & Accessories business. Paul will also report to Scott Hoffman, Vice President, Focused Businesses unit.
Michael Ross, Business Manager for Sea Ray & Boston Whaler.
Ian Stanley, Sales and Product Manager for the Australian manufactured Savage and Bermuda boat brands.
Guy Williamson, Director of ANZP Service & Quality.
Nick Webb, Dealer Development & Marketing Manager.
Regional Managers (Dean Harris, Will Sangster, Gary Hailes, Noula Evagelelis, Jim Long)
Donna Sturt, Executive Assistant & Project Manager. Donna will also continue to support John Pfeifer as necessary.
Subha Tata, Manager, ANZP Human Resources.
Edwin Lim, General Manager, Asia, will continue to lead our business in the region reporting to John Pfeifer.
Udo Troitzsch, Director of Asia Pacific Supply Chain, Distribution, & IT, will report to John Pfeifer on all Asia Pacific activities. Udo continues to serve as the CIO for the Asia Pacific region maintaining a dotted line reporting to Mike Schulz - CIO Mercury Marine. The following will report to Udo Troitzsch.
Brandon Beaird, Director of Asia Pacific LSS Deployment. Brandon’s LSS leadership spans the entire region, and is primarily focused on Supply Chain & Distribution operations.
Andrew McLean, LSS Black Belt ANZP, will report to Brandon Beaird.
Ronnie Tee will continue as Asia’s Manager of Supply Chain & Distribution, reports directly to Udo Troitzsch, with a dotted line to Edwin Lim.
Tony Hembrow, CEO, Rayglass, will continue to report to John Pfeifer.
Paul Lyons, General Manager, Savage Boats, will continue to report to John Pfeifer. Paul will also serve as a member of our Brunswick Freshwater Boat Group, participating as a member of Jeff Kinsey’s staff.
Paul Giddings, CFO & Director of Finance, Asia Pacific Group, will continue to maintain a dual report to Steve Cramer, Mercury’s Chief Financial & Administration Officer, and John Pfeifer.
As leader of the finance group Paul has overall responsibility for the financial reporting, planning and analysis, credit, payables, business governance and payroll functions.
Paul's direct reports in the ANZP finance function continue to report to him.
Low MinHwee, Director of Finance Asia will report to Paul Giddings, with a dotted line to Edwin Lim.
Kevin Liu, Director of Finance, China, responsible for the full finance function in China, Kevin will report to Paul Giddings for BAPG business units. Kevin reports directly to Bob Flesch, CFO Global Outboard Group as functional lead for the Suzhou Engine Plant.
