Sally was one of 14 10-Meters built at the Abeking and Rasmussen yard in Bremen, Germany.

She was recently relaunched following a two year reconstruction from the keel up by CF Koehler and his team at www.koehlerkraft.com/About.html!Koehler_Kraft on Shelter Island Drive in San Diego.

All new Honduras mahogany planking and alternating steam bent oak with cold-formed steel angles make up the frames.

C.F. Koehler's boat yard is based in San Diego and was run by CFs father before him.

Koehler Kraft is San Diego's longest standing full service boat yard located on beautiful Shelter Island in America's Cup Harbour. Koehler Kraft has been a family-owned and operated boat building and repair facility since 1938.

C.F. Koehler is a huge supporter of wooden boats in Southern California and holds a Wooden Boat Festival.

Each Father's Day Weekend wooden boat owners display their craft at The San Diego Wooden Boat Festival. Averaging around 80 wooden craft participants, the show will include vessels ranging from row boats to regal schooners, all on hand for viewing by the public.

They have great live music, food and activities for children. Each year the boat show’s proceeds are donated to the charity, Challenged America.
