Tonic Eyewear joins Bar Crusher at Boat Show

by Greg Shoemark on 26 Jun 2012
Doug with Tonic Shoemark and
Tonic Eyewear, Australia’s new leader in high quality fishing sunglasses, will be one of the more compact stars on the Bar Crusher stand at the 2012 Melbourne Boat Show.

Show patrons will receive a special bonus gift if they buy their Tonic high contrast glass polarised sunglasses at the show.

They will also enjoy special introductory pricing on the whole Tonic range, including a no-cost upgrade to photochromic lenses.

Doug Phillips, the man who created Tonic, will be there in person to explain what makes his new glasses so good.

He has drawn on more than two decades’ experience with optics to develop his high quality coated lenses which dramatically cut glare and eyestrain.

They combine Tonic’s unique de-centred VistaView lens technology for distortion-free viewing at any angle with a MultiCut full-spectrum anti-reflective coating on the back of the lens to cut bounceback glare.

With scratch-resistant polarised glass lenses, comfortable lightweight frames and resistance to salt water, they are designed for fatigue-free all-day vision in even the fiercest glare.

Available in six wraparound styles in black and tortoise-shell frame colours, Tonic sunglasses have a unique Copper Camo tint as standard, with a no-cost Grey option.

Tonic also offers the option of polycarbonate lenses in Grey and Copper tints for those who prefer to trade the scratch resistance of glass for lighter weight and impact resistance.

Doug can also turn your spectacle prescription into custom-made prescription sunglasses with all the benefits of Tonic’s regular glasses.

See the full range and find your nearest Tonic retailer at www.toniceyewear.com.au
