Long synonymous with cartography in marine and aviation, Jeppesen is exhibiting at the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show to launch its newly released Plan2Nav, C-MAP 4D and Club Jeppesen.

Peter Webster, Manager Marine Customer Services at Jeppesen, together with the Global Marketing Manager, Emanuela Erina, are on hand to demonstrate the new device and concepts to the visitors to MarineBusiness-World.com pavilion.

Plan2Nav is the first free vector marine cartography mobile app for C-MAP. Described as 'the ultimate navigation and planning tool designed for any cruiser or boating enthusiast and all of you passionate about navigation on the water', Plan2Nav is a free app that allows users to view charts in perspective mode and allows the GPS to view Speed Over Ground (SOG), Course Over Ground (COG), Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), Time To Go (TTG). You can download the free weather and see a five-day forecast overlaid on the chart. It also offers North-up, Course-up: fully rotating visualization, Distance Unit, Clock and Compass.

Jeppesen C-MAP 4D enables users to add a fourth dimension of time – meaning consistent, periodic updates – to combine the most detailed 3D height and depth worldwide database with a continuous update process to give a personalized navigation experience with up-to-date data for safe navigation.

Also launching, Club Jeppesen Marine is an exclusive membership Club for boaters who use C-MAP electronic charts. Members can access a number of attractive benefits, special offers and associated deals through its global network.
