San Francisco's Strictly Sail Pacific Boat Show all set

The 2012 Strictly Sail Pacific Boat Show will sail into Jack London Square in Oakland San Francisco on April 12th and run through the 15th. There will be hundreds of new sailboats, the latest sailing gear, free sailboat rides, 2013 America’s Cup preview and more.
Strictly Sail Pacific is the only all-sailboat show on the West Coast, featuring new sailboats, gear, accessories, hardware, daily seminars, interactive workshops, free sailboat rides and more. Sailboats of every size and budget will fill the grounds of Jack London Square, both in and out of the water including sleek racers and luxury yachts. From newbies to serious sailors, Strictly Sail Pacific is the place for people who love to immerse themselves in the sailing lifestyle, talk to experts, participate in hands-on seminars, learn new sailing techniques, and more.
Get in on the America’s Cup action; learn about the America’s Cup World Series races that lead up to the 34th America’s Cup which is set to take place in San Francisco Bay in 2013. Additionally, the boat show will host the official stopover of the Clipper 11-12 Round the World Yacht Race. Attendees are invited to climb aboard the 68-ft Clipper racing yachts, talk to crew members competing in the yearlong round the world journey and join the special send-off of the 10-yacht race fleet on Saturday, April, 14.

New model sailboats and representatives from dozens of manufactures including Beneteau, Leopard, Catalina, Jeanneau, Lagoon, Hunter, J-Boats and more will be on site to answer questions and provide information. The Strictly Sail Pacific show is produced by Sail America, the trade association for the U.S. sailing industry dedicated to promoting the health and growth of sailing.
