The second hull in the IAG 127-foot superyacht series is under construction by the Chinese yacht builder. She will be a sister to the 'Primadonna' which was IAG's first yacht, making her US debut last year. The company also had another launch earlier this year, the 100-foot 'Electra'.
The next IAG 127-footer is presently fitting out at the yard in Zhuhai, China. She is built in GRP, classed to RINA. The 39.8-meter yacht weighs approximately 340 gross tonnes. She has a beam just over 8m and a light draft of 2.10m.
She is expected to be carrying a pair of CAT C32 engines with 1,800 horsepower each. Top speed using this engine package is calculated at 20kts. The new yacht is expected to launch this year (2012).
