Motor Marine in Townsville is the 2011 winner of the prestigious Stacer Queensland Dealer of the Year award.

Since 1975 Motor Marine has been supplying the people of Northern Queensland with quality boats, outboards, marine accessories and fishing gear and their exceptional effort hasn’t gone unnoticed.

Proud owners Tony and Santina Tantillos are delighted to be the North’s leading marine dealer with the lowest prices on boats, accessories and fishing gear and provide the best customer service and advice to their customers.

Stacer National Account Manager Drew Jackson commended Motor Marine on its great Stacer representation at the Townsville Boat Show and was happy to see increased stockholding leading into the busy summer period.

The dealership was up a massive 82 percent in wholesale dollars from last year, up 30 percent in wholesale units and up 15 percent in retail units with all these facts leading to the win.

They have also released their latest advertisement proudly displaying the Stacer product and their recent win as 2010/2011 Stacer Dealer of the Year.

Dealer Principal Tony Tantillos was pleased with the win stating it was an achievement considering the tough economic times.

'It was a bit of a gamble to keep buying stock even though times are tough but it’s really paid off with that stock actually selling because others didn’t have any,' Mr Tantillos said.

'Bad times for me are a time to get up and get moving and make the most of it, not to sit around and wait for the tough times to be over.'

Motor Marine continues to go from strength to strength and Stacer congratulates them on this latest win.
