Cindy Crawford To Start America's Cup

Official Timekeeper of the 2003 America's Cup, prestige Swiss watchmaker OMEGA on Friday announced the impending arrival of OMEGA ambassador Cindy Crawford in Auckland for the start of The America's Cup.
Cindy will be at the start line for the first scheduled race, on 15th February, where she will trigger the OMEGA Official Timekeeper clock that will keep track of every second of the America's Cup race action.
The 2003 America's Cup will see defending champions Team New Zealand go head-to-head with the Alinghi Swiss challenge in pursuit of international yacht racing's Holy Grail. Team New Zealand skipper Dean Barker - also an OMEGA ambassador - and his crew will all be wearing the latest OMEGA Seamaster America's Cup watches for the races in the Hauraki Gulf.
