America's Cup- Team China becomes the fourth team to sail their AC45

Ahead of the Competitors Forum due to be held tomorrow morning in Auckland tomorrow, Team China too delivery of their new AC45, and became the fourth team to own and sail one of the one-designs.

At the helm of the Team China AC45 is Mitch Booth, originally from Australia, latterly from the Netherlands, who has a 20 year sailing career in multihulls as a sailor and designer. His fits major championship success was in the 1992 Tornado Worlds in Perth. A championship he won again in 94, 95. He placed fifth in the 2004 and 2008 Olympics in the Tornado.

While an 'A' team of top multinational catamaran sailors will initially work up and compete in the AC45's while developing Chinese crew to be bought into the program at a later stage.
