Entries close for the 2011 Club Marine Southern 80 Friday 31st December, and contray to rumours the Race is ON.

No Late Entries, so please get your entries in by tomorrow, Friday 31st December.


Planning is well underway for the 2011 Club Marine Southern 80. Although the river is still high, there has been a reduction in the upstream flow, so looking forward to a more acceptable level in the coming weeks.

The 2011 Club Marine Southern 80 will take place on the 11th to the 13th February 2011.

Entry forms are available to download on the race website. You can also complete online.

The 2010 Barrie Beehag has been postponed until after the 2011 Club Marine Southern 80, to a date YET to be decided.

The Southern 80 and Barrie Beehag Ski Race Classic are conducted by the Moama Water Sports Club on the Mighty Murray River at Echuca / Moama.

The Southern 80 Ski Race has been going now for over 45 years.

How to follow RORC Centenary Rolex Fastnet Race
