Asia Pacific Dealer Conference - Outstanding achievement in sales

Riviera, Australia’s most awarded pleasure boat builder has recognised outstanding achievement in sales and service at the annual Asia Pacific Dealer Conference held this month on the Gold Coast.

Premium Nautical was named Riviera Asia Pacific Dealer of the Year. This award recognises overall excellence in dealership operations and performance.

Riviera Service Dealer of the Year was presented to Lee Marine in Thailand. This award recognises exceptional after sales customer service. Kingsway Marine in Hong Kong was presented the Riviera Brand Loyalty Award in recognition of their dedication to the Riviera brand in their local market and the in roads they are making in the emerging China market.

As Singapore’s exclusive Riviera dealer, Premium Nautical takes pride in offering the highest level of personal and professional service and general manager James Purves said it was an honour to receive the esteemed award.

'Premium Nautical is proud to be recognised for its all round commitment to Riviera, we are so proud to represent Riviera because Riviera builds a boat which is ideally suited to our climate which is 30 degrees centigrade 365 days a year,' James said.

'Riviera does build some of the best boats in the world and a visit to the factory combined with spending time on the boats reminds me of that every time I come to Australia.

'What differentiates Premium Nautical is our total commitment to service. Our service manager is the best in Singapore and we believe that we are not selling a commodity, it’s our obligation and we enjoy teaching people how to use their boats.'

Lee Marine managing director Joshua Lee said they were proud to win the Service Dealer Award.

'On behalf of our service department and the entire Lee Marine team, we are delighted to be selected for this award and we shall continue to provide the very best service for our valued Riviera clients for many years to come,' Joshua said.

Kingsway Marine general manager Joseph Zhao said the brand loyalty award recognised the team’s dedication and hard work over many years.

'We are very excited to win this award. We love the Riviera brand because it’s a very good quality boat and we are extremely happy to work with Riviera. We are excited about the future with Riviera and the new models that have been announced,' Joseph said.

Riviera CEO John Anderson said all of Riviera’s Asia Pacific dealers had demonstrated fierce loyalty to the Riviera brand and had done a fantastic job over the past 12 months during very challenging times but Premium Nautical, Lee Marine and Kingsway Marine had excelled in all their efforts.

'I commend Premium Nautical, Lee Marine and Kingsway Marine on their hard work, dedication and tremendous results in customer service and sales,' John said.

The Asia Pacific Dealer Awards have been running for 16 years and were created to recognise outstanding achievement and dedication to Riviera’s loyal owners and brand. Dealers are judge on their ability both to operate with the highest level of integrity, service customer needs and boats, conduct client events and professional representation at boat shows, overall boat sales, co-operation with the factory’s business guidelines and communication with dealer support services, dealership presentation and customer satisfaction.

Riviera offers 20 different models from 36 to 85 feet across four model series Flybridge, Sport Yacht, Offshore Express and Motor Yachts.
