Great Barrier Reef Boat Sales gets onboard with Jeanneau

Great Barrier Reef Boat Sales has become the agent for Jeanneau Yachts for Central and North Queensland.

As most boat lovers know the Jeanneau experience is like no other. Jeanneau yachts are superior in design, finish, performance and most importantly top the list in customer satisfaction.

Dealer Principal of Great Barrier Reef Boat Sales Greg Anderton said: 'We are very proud to have the opportunity to offer clients the opportunity to own a Jeanneau yacht. These vessels encompass state of the art technologies combined with extraordinary quality, value and timeless beauty.'

In the past clients in Central and North Queensland have had to purchase their Jeanneau elsewhere due to a lack of local representation. But Anderton said: 'There is no price advantage in buying elsewhere, as Jeanneau maintains set prices for all dealerships. And being European owned and built and taking into consideration the current European economic situation, there has never been a better time to invest in a new Jeanneau.'

While Great Barrier Reef Boat Sales has become the latest agent for Jeanneau, the Principal Importer and Distributor for Queensland remains Mooloolaba Yacht Brokers.

Its Managing Director, Ian Douglas said: 'I had been looking for a reputable company to fly the Jeanneau flag in the Whitsundays and North Queensland for some time, and was impressed with the professionalism shown by the Great Barrier Reef Boat Sales team while doing other boating business with them.

'After further research, I offered them the dealership and was very pleased when the directors accepted. The appointment has now been ratified by Jeanneau in France.'

Jeanneau Australia has just been awarded the title of International Dealer of the Year 2010 at the Jeanneau Dealer conference in Rome and is about to stage the largest display of Jeanneau Yachts ever seen in the Southern Hemisphere.

Great Barrier Reef Boat Sales will be on hand at the Sydney International Boat Show held at the end of July to look after prospective Jeanneau owners from their region and show them more than eight Jeanneau Yachts from 36 to 57 feet. However for yachties in Central or North Queensland - Great Barrier Reef Boat Sales have Jeanneau yachts available for viewing at Abel Point Marina, Airlie Beach.
