Italian designed luxury high-speed Capelli Rigid Sports Inflatables (RIBs) are now available in Australia through RLG Imports.

With a sleek, sophisticated high-end Italian design and a smooth powerful ride through the water, Capelli RIBs are extremely suited to the Australian lifestyle.

“Capelli RIBs are the ultimate high-speed luxury boat , not only are they extremely easy to handle and a responsive drive, the design means you can literally drive up onto the sand – which makes it a lot easier for kids getting on and off and general loading and unloading,” said Ross Lane, Managing Director, RLG Imports.

“Whether you’re entertaining friends, taking the kids out for a cruise on the water, heading out for a day of water skiing or in need of a tender to your Super yacht, we have a Capelli for every occasion,” added Lane.
The hydraulic steering with hypalon tubes provides a smooth and dry ride, and when at rest gives the boat greater stability with ease of parking and fender off other boats.

“I’ve been involved in boating for over 20 years and I have not driven a boat which handles and maneuvers as smooth as the Capelli. We took one offshore and its capability was very impressive,” explains Lane.

With a modern design centre console offering greater visibility for the driver, there is also ample room at the helm for accessories all within easy reach.

Each Capelli comes with generous storage space with well appointed fixtures and fittings, and a range of accessories are available from sunshades, radio/CD MP3, ski bars and tables. The larger models are equipped with self-draining decks.

The modern 4-stroke outboard engines are extremely quiet and offer comparative low fuel consumption and low emissions making it an ideal “green boating choice”. And with the engines and propellers trimming right out of the water, maintenance and cleaning is made easy for the owner.

“We have a selection of Capelli RIBs available for sale, everything from five metre open RIBs to the ultimate luxury 10 metre Tempest which has a double berth, toilet, stove, fridge, spacious sun decks and will seat up to 18 passengers comfortably,” explains Lane.

Capelli RIBs are extremely popular amongst boating owners in Europe and RLG Imports and is confident this trend will travel to Australia given the Aussie way of life and our love of the water and the outdoors.
