Laser Freshwater Champs, Lake Pupuke, Auckland

This weekend the Laser Freshwater Champs are being held at Lake Pupuke in Auckland one of the key clubs for Laser sailors on the North Shore.

The forecast is for 20 knots so this should prove to be an exciting regatta for all competitors. It looks like there is going to be a strong fleet of 4.7, Radial, Full rig and Masters sailing over two days with seven races in the series.

Lake Pupuke was the venue for the last great regatta being the Oki 24 hour race which is a fantastic fund raiser for Murrays Bay Sailing Club in Auckland. So look forward to seeing you there for a great weekend!
