Cruise the Whitsundays and save 25 percent!

by Toni Lucke on 20 Apr 2010
Cruise with Whitsunday Rent A Yacht and save! SW
Leading Whitsunday Islands' bareboat specialist, Whitsunday Rent A Yacht (WRAY), is enticing visitors back to the exotic north Queensland destination with a post-Cyclone Ului mid-season special.

Charterers who book and pay for seven nights or more before May 31 will receive 25 per cent off the regular charter price on all standard and budget vessels, subject to availability.

'It's business as usual in the beautiful Whitsundays – the conditions are perfect and our boats are as safe, reliable and as meticulously presented as ever,' WRAY general manager, Alex Hawson said.

The WRAY fleet includes sailing catamarans, monohulls and motor cruisers – mixing the best in boat brands and giving cruising holiday makers the chance to sail what they know, step up a class or two, or test sail something new.

Sailing conditions during autumn and winter are near-perfect with prevailing south-easterly winds, daytime temperatures averaging 27-28°C and a balmy water temperature of 23-24°C – perfect for exploring many of the 74 islands in the Whitsunday group. WRAY is the only operator in the region to have its own private jetty at Shute Harbour, allowing charterers to reach some islands in just an hour.

There is an abundance of delightful anchorages throughout the islands just waiting to be discovered.

WRAY provides an area and information DVD on booking. An onboard briefing prior to departure and scheduled twice-daily calls ensure charterers are equipped to experience the holiday of a lifetime.

To book phone WRAY's reservations team on 1800 075 000.

Special offer
• Go for seven nights or more and get 25 percent off! Applies to standard and budget boats.
• Valid for travel until July 31, 2010. Subject to availability. Terms and conditions apply.
