PSA Laser Clinics Sydney March 27th-April 18th Register now

PSA Coach, Laura Baldwin sharing her Laser go faster tips - 2010 PSA Laser Clinic at Belmont Mrs Jones
The current Australian Laser Radial Women’s Champion, Olympian and former ISAF World Ranked #2, Laura Baldwin along with the former Australian and Asia Pacific Laser Champion Ashley Brunning, will be running two one day PSA Laser Coaching Clinics in Sydney over the next month.

With increased demand, there are also more places at the two clinics at Middle Harbour on 27th March and Lane Cove on 18th April.

The PSA Laser Clinic at Belmont was labelled a ‘brilliant course'.

Phil Malcolm travelled from Sydney's Northern Beaches to attend the PSA Laser Clinic at Belmont 16ft Skiff Sailing Club held on Saturday 20th March and was very happy that he did. ‘In one day I have learned what would have taken me years to master. I just made a massive improvement in just a few hours! It's a brilliant course and I recommend it to everyone.'

Laura Baldwin was the PSA Coach for the five sailors who were all from different sailing backgrounds and levels.

Mike Gentry travelled two hours from Bondi to partake and at the end of the day he explained, ‘having only been sailing for a year and only a few months in Lasers after starting out in yachts, I was impressed with how well explained every element of how to sail a Laser was delivered by Laura. She was exceedingly enthusiastic and encouraging with her input on the water. With most of all of the information being new to me, I will be signing up for more clinics so that I can hear it all again and master more each time.'

The weather was kind with clear blue skies and a nice 8-10 knot breeze.

Laura said of the clinics, ‘the level of the sailors at these clinics varies from just learning to sail to World Master Champions, which is quite a big challenge for a coach to deliver something for everyone. We have put a lot of time into devising a course that works and the feedback so far is that we are managing to achieve this, which is great. It is very rewarding watching people improve during the day.'

The next clinic is at Middle Harbour on Saturday 27th March. Laura will be joined by former Australian and Asia Pacific Champion, Ash Brunning on the coaching team and the classes will be split by experience levels. There are two places left for this clinic, if you'd like to attend, register now, https://secure.tetra-australia.com/psa/psa_form_all.cfm

There are plans to expand these clinics across Australasia, if you are interested in discovering more about Laser training opportunities, click on the banner below and register your interest.
