Spirit of Canada Ocean Challenges today announced that Aigle will be the official supplier of technical clothing for the upcoming Velux 5 Oceans starting in France in October 2010.

Established in France in 1853 by the American Hiram Hutchinson, Aigle today stands for uncompromising quality combined with superb design and craftsmanship. Aigle’s ambition is to help man live in harmony with nature and as such; Aigle is actively involved in perpetual recycling and fully support the “Eco Circle” concept, the closed-loop recycling system for certain polyester products. Through recycling, you can help reduce waste and oil consumption. “Eco Circle” reduces energy and carbon-dioxide emissions by one-fifth compared with production or raw polyester material from petroleum.
