Twiggy adds some on-water pizzazz to US boat shows

On a lighter note, the star of the US boat show circuit thrills kids and adults alike and makes headlines the nation over for its aquatic antics . . . It's Twiggy, the waterskiing squirrel.
Twiggy, who water skis behind a remote-controlled miniature boat, is a favorite at boat shows around the country.
This Twiggy is actually the fifth generation of water skiing squirrels owned and trained by Florida's Lou Ann Best.
In addition to the boat show circuit, Twiggy has made cameo appearances in the movies 'Dodgeball' and 'Anchorman.'
The original Twiggy was adopted by the Best family after Hurricane David left her homeless. 'Twiggy' is actually a series of gray squirrels raised by the Bests since 1978.
