Sydney by Sail is excited to announce the launch of its third Hunter Yacht syndicate on Sydney Harbour.

The brand new Hunter 39 has many great features including a striking modern appearance, spacious cockpit with dual helm stations, the very best in Raymarine navigational equipment, large gourmet gallery, flat screen TV with BOSE entertainment system and inner spring mattress in the master stateroom.

Yacht syndication is an affordable, enjoyable and convenient way to own a luxury Hunter yacht without all the headaches.

The principle is simple; buy a share in this beautifully appointed new Hunter 39 and enjoy fully serviced, walk-on walk-off sailing. The yacht will be immaculately maintained by Sydney By Sail’s professional staff, and syndicate participants will never need to clean or repair the yacht.

Each 10% share includes a minimum of 33 “maintenance free” sailing days per year. Extra days are available on a stand-by basis.

This new Hunter 39 will be berthed at Darling Harbour and available from January 2010. The capital cost of a 10% share is $38,500 and the annual fee is $6,920. This includes all insurance, registration, berthing fees, detailing, maintenance and fuel usage. There will be nothing more for syndicate participants to pay.

This is the most cost effective, hassle free way for people to enjoy the pleasures of Sydney Harbour and Pittwater on their own luxury yacht.

Current SBS syndicate owners love the concept, the ease of sailing, the freedom and the simplicity of how everything works. Here are some comments;

“In a word fantastic, we love sailing our Hunter” Kevin

“Being as busy as we are, it is so easy to simply jump on the boat cast off the lines and go sailing. Plus it makes financial sense too” Paul

“We are so happy with being a part of the syndicate. Matt and his team keep the boat in excellent condition and it is great to know they are there in case we need assistance” Eric and Sam

“We have been to Pittwater a few times and had a ball. We stayed overnight, cruised Broken Bay and had a wonderful sail along the coast. Our Hunter handles brilliantly and is so easy to sail with the autopilot and furling sails!!!” Graham

To register interest in the new Hunter 39 syndicate due to be launched in January 2010 please contact Sydney by Sail on Tel: (02) 9280 1110. More at www.sydneybysail.com
