The 2009 Marina of the Year winners have been decided, and d'Albora Marinas at Victoria Harbour was recognized for its consistent high quality as an Award of Excellence Finalist in the under 85 berths category.

d'Albora Marinas Victoria Harbour boasts a prime location in front of Victoria Harbour's signature apartment building, Dock 5, the NAB Headquarters and next to the Telstra Dome.

Stage 1 of the Marina development offers 72 berths which can accommodate vessels from 10 metres up to 38 metres. Of the 72 floating berths, 62 are available for longer term leasing - from 1 month to 5 years - with the remaining 10 available for short term public access, allowing visitors to dock and take advantage of Victoria Harbour's fabulous shopping, cafes and restaurants. d'Albora Marinas also offers long term investment opportunities. Customers can pay up front for their marina berth, up to a 10 year term, and avoid paying the annual CPI increase in fees.

d'Albora's Victoria Harbour Marina offer superior facilities, providing safe and easy access for boats, skippers and their crews with the berths serviced by metered power and water to all berths, wireless internet, security, 7-day a week dockmaster assistance as well as a Marina Club lounge and change rooms.

As Australia's largest marina operator, d'Albora Marinas offers reciprocal berthing rights at their six other marinas for all permanent berth customers, providing customers with the luxury of exploring different waterways in New South Wales or Victoria at no additional charge.

While d'Albora Marinas Victoria Harbour isn't equipped with fuel facilities, customers can make use of the 24 hour fuel facilities located at d'Albora Marinas Pier 35, just 15 minutes by boat up the Yarra River. All d'Albora customers are entitled to a fuel discount, including Victoria Harbour customers.
