Ultra Anchors move onto Marina

by Ultra Marine Products on 10 Apr 2009
Sunseeker Installations - Sanctuary Cove Boatshow Ultra Anchors
In their second year of exhibition at the Sanctuary Cove Boatshow, Ultra Marine Products Pty Ltd will once again be displaying their leading European range of Ultra Anchors & Specialist Anchoring Equipment.

In a bold move onto the marina, the Ultra team will exhibit the range of stainless steel masterpieces on a floating pontoon display. A stand out feature will undoubtedly be the 200kg Ultra Anchor, handmade from 316 stainless steel with an accompanying price tag in excess of $AUD20,000.

The impressive exhibit will showcase the entire standard anchor range from 8kg – 200kg and also feature the range of Ultra Swivels, Ultra Snubber Kits and Ultra Quickline Reels. UMP will also provide an interactive display for the public with mini scale models of most anchor types available for testing in various bottom types.

In addition to the local Ultra Marine Products team, a European representative from the Turkey based manufacturer will be on the stand to assist with technical advice during the show.

'We are looking forward to the opportunity of once again exhibiting our anchors and demonstrating why the Ultra design is so successful. The 2008 SCIBS was an excellent launching pad for the product in Australia and we plan to continue the growth we achieved both at this show previously, and throughout 2008', said Aaron Soden-Taylor.

Aaron also mentioned the very positive increase of Australian & NZ OEM’s now fitting the Ultra Anchor standard on their range of vessels, 'Customers are no longer accepting old technology when it comes to anchoring performance. With the very sizable investment the client has made, they are demanding reliability and peace of mind to protect their vessel', said Aaron.

Be sure to inspect the range of Ultra Anchors & Specialist Anchoring Equipment at the Sanctuary Cove show, located on the marina directly opposite George’s restaurant. For further information visit www.ultraanchors.com or contact their Brisbane office directly on (07) 3382 0250.
