fffreezing for popular Grafham Grand Prix

Grafham Grand Prix 2008 SW

Over 130 dinghies took part in the Grafham Water SC annual winter event. It was a beautiful day for the Grafham Grand Prix but fffreezing. Well done to the hardy souls who took part.

Victory in the Fast Handicap event went to Josh and Olly Wilce in a 49er, while in the Medium event the foilers were to the fore with the RS600FF of Sam Pascoe beating the Moth of Alex Adams.

In the Slow Handicap the Grafham Flying 15 of Dave Lucas and Mark Longstaff took victory ahead of the HISC Fifteen of Charles Apthorp and David Rickards.

The biggest class were the Single handers with the Phantom of Simon Childs taking the decision, ahead of the Blaze of Mike Lyons.
