Sydney Hobart, John Walker becomes the oldest finisher at 86 years

John Walker finsihed his 25th Sydney Hobart yacht race this afternoon and in the process became the oldest person to finish the race at the age of 86.

He was presented with a 25 year cake by CYCA Commodore Matt Allen as he stepped onto Constitution Dock.

Crosbie Lorimer was there to see the cake distributed by Walker to his crew in the boat's finest crockery, a full set of brown dog bowls!
