The National Wool Museum is holding an Open Day on Sunday 25 January, why not pop in during your visit to Skandia Geelong Week.
Open Day – Sunday 25 January, 2009
12.00pm to 5.00pm
As well as free entry to the Museum, there are a host of fun family activities on offer, including:
• A Bollard of a Life! Jan Mitchell and Geelong’s Bollards exhibition
• Expressions 2008: The Wool Quilt Prize exhibition
• roving entertainers, clowns and face painting,
• children’s craft activities,
• loom demonstrations,
• guided tours,
• sheep shearing; and
• 20% off sale in the Museum Shop.
There's also the opportunity to sign up for half price Museum Membership, at just $10 for adults, $7.50 for Seniors, Students and Concession card holders and $15 for Families (2 adults and up to 4 children).
